Cubs first base coach Craig Driver is "under the weather" and didn't make the trip to Pittsburgh Wednesday night, the club said Thursday.
Driver didn't make the trip as a "precaution."
Quality assurance coach Mike Napoli coached first base in Driver's place in Thursday's series opener against the Pirates.
Driver, 32, is in his second season on the Cubs coaching staff.
