Will Chicago Bears AND Chicago White Sox end up in Arlington Heights?

A new report came out on Sunday morning saying the Chicago White Sox are reportedly evaluating their options for a new stadium as their lease expires at Guaranteed Rate Field in 2028, but could a retractable-roof ballpark be on the table and where would it be?
