The Bears snapped their four-game losing streak, and even though it came down to the final possession against a Detroit Lions team that was without quarterback Matthew Stafford, a win is a win.
The Bears offense put up 20 points behind Mitch Trubisky's three touchdown passes, all of which were the 'good' Mitch. Specifically, the throws to tight end Ben Braunecker and wide receiver Taylor Gabriel were examples of why he was considered the top quarterback prospect in the 2017 NFL draft.
But as is life with Trubisky under center, there were plenty of 'bad' Mitch moments, too. His internal clock was a tick slow in the pocket which led to unnecessary sacks and there were still a few too many passes that sailed beyond their intended target.
