Mitch Trubisky's 18-yard touchdown pass to Ben Braunecker gives the Bears a 7-6 lead

The Bears had basically one good offensive moment during the first half, and it was this:

Why yes, that IS a touchdown throw from Mitch Trubisky to a tight end. It wasn't Trey Burton or Adam Shaheen – the latter was a healthy scratch – but undrafted free agent Ben Braunecker. Not only that, but it was Braunecker's first career touchdown, too.

The score gave the Bears a 7-6 halftime lead, not to mention something for Soldier Field to actually cheer. Touchdown aside, the offense is still struggling; Trubisky ended the first half with 76 yards passing and both Tarik Cohen and David Montgomery have 12 yards rushing.
