The Blackhawks announced center Dylan Strome would miss Tuesday night's game against the Stars and that he's in concussion protocol as pregame warmups began.
Strome participated in Tuesday's morning skate and Blackhawks head coach Jeremy Colliton said he expected the same lineup as last game (a 2-1 shootout loss at Dallas on Saturday, in which Strome played) with the exception of the goalies, following the skate.
"He came in this morning, and I didn't find out until later morning or early afternoon, I can't remember, that he wasn't feeling great. So obviously that's a serious thing, we want to be careful. He got evaluated by the doctors and we pulled him out," stated Colliton.
The 22-year-old has 17 points (five goals, 12 assists) in 23 games with the Blackhawks this season.
