Biggest storyline: The Meteors will feel what it's like to play an actual "home" game. De La Salle just wrapped up a massive on-campus sports facility renovation. They played all home games off campus last season.
Names to watch this season: DE Steven Hawthorne, LB Jim Guttillo, OL James Coffee, OL Daniel White and QB Rob Simental
Biggest holes to fill: Can the Meteors replace seven graduated starters on offense from a season ago?
EDGY's early take: Look for the Meteors to rely on its experienced defense to carry them this season. They also have some key players returning on the offensive side of the football. De La Salle has a chance to make another state playoff appearance this coming season as long as they can catch a break or two in the health department.
