Charlie Tilson's MLB debut with the White Sox didn't finish as fun as it started.
Innings after recording a hit in his first major league at-bat, the 23-year-old outfielder left Tuesday's game against the Detroit Tigers early due to a left hamstring injury, according to CSNChicago.com White Sox Insider Dan Hayes. He'll be re-evaluated on Wednesday.
Tilson was tracking down a fly ball toward left-center field and his left leg appeared to have buckled.
Tilson was down for several minutes before getting back on his feet. He needed assistance getting back to the White Sox dugout.
Adam Eaton moved from left field to center, and Avisail Garcia came in to play left.
