Steve Stone did his best Nostradamus impression on Friday.
The White Sox broadcaster made a prescient comment with Jose Abreu at the plate against Texas Rangers pitcher Austin Bibens-Dirkx in the bottom of the first.
"With the heat tonight and a guy on the mound that does not have a big fastball, I think that 13 home runs away is probably going to go by the boards this evening," Stone said.
Stone was referencing the fact that all 13 of Abreu's home runs this season came away from Chicago. The next sound on the broadcast is the crack of the bat and play-by-play commentator Jason Benetti calling Abreu's home run and saying "Just in time!" to his partner.
