Analysis:
The Thunder are looking for a backup to Russell Westbrook after trading Reggie Jackson, and Payne will fill that role well. He's stellar defensively and is a good playmaker who did a ton for the Racers this past year. The Thunder had been linked to Payne for quite some time, so it's not a surprising fit.
