The traveling basketball showcase that is the CBS Sports Classic will go on for at least another three seasons.
It was announced Tuesday that the non-conference event featuring four of the biggest programs in college basketball — Ohio State, Kentucky, North Carolina and UCLA — has been extended through the 2019-20 season.
The event first took place at the United Center in 2014, moving to Brooklyn last season. This season's edition of the event will take place Saturday in Las Vegas.

In 2017, the Buckeyes will battle the Tar Heels in New Orleans, with the Wildcats facing off against the Bruins.
Locations haven't been announced for the 2018 and 2019 editions of the event, but the former will pit Ohio State against UCLA and Kentucky against North Carolina, while the latter will see Ohio State take on Kentucky and North Carolina face off against UCLA.
The Buckeyes went 1-1 in the first two versions of the event, losing to North Carolina in Chicago and beating Kentucky last season in Brooklyn. Ohio State will face No. 2 UCLA on Saturday in Vegas.
