The Bears received a double dose of good news Saturday afternoon.
First, it was reported Jay Cutler has been cleared to play and will start Sunday against Minnesota. Then, the Vikings declared wide receiver Percy Harvin out for this weekend's game:

Harvin has been Mr. Everything for the Vikings this season, racking up 62 catches for 677 yards, 574 kick return yards and 96 rushing yards on 22 carries. He's also scored five TDs (three receiving, one return, one rushing).
The 24-year-old was off to such a hot start that he was actually being discussed as an option for the NFL MVP, but injured his ankle on Nov. 4 and hasn't practiced or played since.
