Khalil Mack shared touching post game moments with Russell Wilson, Sebastian Janikowski

The stars of the NFL are a part of their own brotherhood, with a mutual admiration and respect shared across teams and positions.

The Bears haven’t had too many players part of the upper echelon of the NFL, but they traded for one in Khalil Mack to start the season.

Players on other teams admire his greatness, as evident by his post game exchange with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, who signed his game-worn jersey for him following Monday night’s contest.

Mack was also able to reconnect with one of his former Oakland Raiders teammates, the longtime kicker Sebastian Janikowksi.

The two were teammates for all four of Mack’s years in the silver and black, and they shared a hug at midfield after the Bears defeated the Seahawks.

Janikowski spent 17 years in Oakland and was a mainstay on the team that drafted Mack, and now both find themselves playing for new teams for the first time in their careers.

It’s cool to see the respect Mack garners, especially after a dominating performance that carried his own team to victory.

It didn’t matter that the star outside linebacker gave Wilson trouble all day. Real recognize real, and their camaraderie extended beyond the final score.
