Madden '21 sim: Trubisky fumbles doom Bears against Giants

Share

Week 2 of our Madden '21 simulations finds the Bears hosting the Giants at Soldier Field. Visiting quarterback Daniel Jones threw for 304 yards and two touchdowns, while Mitchell Trubisky threw for 245 yards and one touchdown.

Trubisky accounted for the majority of the Bears' offense, as he was also the team's leading rusher with 134 yards.

Allen Robinson had four catches for 74 yards, leading the receiving group in both categories. However, despite the solid dual-threat numbers from Trubisky, there was one glaring stat that had the biggest impact on this game.

Trubisky fumbled the ball five times, and much like last week's sim, the turnovers did the Bears in.

Combine those giveaways with an impressive 134-yard outing from Giants tight end Evan Engram, and we had all the ingredients for another Bears loss in the Madden world. The Giants handled the Bears in Chicago's home opener by a final score of 27-16.

Hopefully the real world Bears will prove Madden wrong once again.
