With COVID-19 forcing most to stay inside their homes and some gyms to close, it can be hard to find ways to stay active. Well, not anymore!
Fire up your apps and streaming services and let the online workouts begin. Here’s a list of various fitness and wellness classes that you will keep you in tip-top shape during the hiatus.
Facebook stream workouts:
Planet Fitness
Planet Fitness will be offering live-streamed workouts daily at 7 p.m ET via Planet Fitness’ Facebook page for members and non-members.
Blink Fitness
Blink Fitness announced it will host Facebook Live sessions weekdays at 8 a.m. ET. Participants can use the comments section to ask Blink Fitness hosts fitness questions and tips to stay active at home.

Peloton
You may have seen the Peloton commercials featuring a stationary bike, but don’t worry if you don’t have one! Peloton’s app features all types of fitness activities such as yoga and meditation, stretching, strength training exercises and bodyweight cardio. Peloton is offering its app to new users for free for the next month and a half.
Gold’s Gym
Gold’s Gym is offering 600 video and audio workouts through its app for free until the end of May.
Orangetheory
Orangetheory is sharing a daily 30-minute workout video which won’t require participants to use any special gym equipment. Instead, the video may call for participants to use household items during workouts. The workouts will be posted on Orangetheory’s website.
